We recommend a visit to the Alta Murgia, rich in areas of historical and cultural interest such as the city of Altamura, where the renowned bread is produced; the esoteric Castel del Monte, a UNESCO World Heritage Site commissioned by Frederick II of Swabia; Gravina di Puglia, overlooking the great canyon; Minervino Murge, called the balcony of Puglia, which houses a delicate archaeological museum. DAY 5: MATERA – VALLE D’ITRIA
Departure by car for the Itria Valley, rich in food and wine and cultural specialties. The area, called the Valley of the Trulli, includes picturesque villages such as Castellana Grotte, Alberobello, Cisternino, Locorotondo, Ostuni and Martina Franca.
DAY 6: VALLE D’ITRIA

DAY 7: VALLE D’ITRIA E LA COSTA
Free day in the Itria Valley. In addition to the cultural cities, the Itria Valley offers parks of centuries-old olive groves and splendid beaches, including Egnazia, for a dip in the transparent waters near the archaeological excavations and Torre Guaceto, in the unspoiled nature of the large protected marine area.
